Do you sell wholesale?

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
All our bags come in hand stitched cotton pouches. If you’re giving a bag as a gift, you can leave a note for the recipient in the “Order Notes” box when you check out. We will handwrite the message on a beautiful Ridi card

Do you do custom made bags?
We love creating bespoke and cool color combination bags for you, email us

How do I clean my bag?
All our bags are hand dyed and handwoven and if dirty please use a clean damp cloth and wipe dirt away. We recommend air-drying in the shade after wiping.

Will my bag look exactly like the one I saw online?
Because of the nature of our natural dyes and weaving process, colors and pattern variations are to be expected and celebrated. This is why we love our product: no two bags are exactly alike, and each bag has been lovingly and carefully made from start to finish by an entire community of specialized artisans.

How To Care For Your Basket

Your basket was carefully handmade and sourced from Kenya. To get the most out of your basket here’s a few tips to use:

  • If you need to wash your basket, use a damp cloth or rinse with plain water. Do not machine wash, spin or tumble dry.
  • Your basket is made to last, so if it gets a little wet don’t panic. Air dry for a couple of hours
  • Keep your basket away from direct sunlight and heat

Please note that all our products are carefully handmade and sourced with natural material sourced from Kenya. All our products are inspected for the highest quality, but just incase you want to return your item, please reach out immediately. Email support@riditrading.com or call +254115356902

We do accept returns, and refund for the item within 21 days of purchase. The returned products must be unused, and in their original condition with the labels still attached.

Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the item is damaged for any reason, we will reimburse for the item and the cost of shipping as long as you let us know about the damaged basket within 1 week of receiving your items. All returns should be sent to our warehouse within your region. Please get in touch with our customer service at support@riditrading.com to receive guidelines for any returned item .

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.

Sales items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@riditrading.com , you will receive guided details on how to exchange your item.
